Method19 Terms of Use
Effective September 22, 2026
1 Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account, clicking an acceptance box, purchasing a subscription, accepting an invitation, or using Method19, you agree to these Terms and to the documents incorporated into them. If you do not agree, do not use Method19.
Method19 is available only to athletes age 13 or older. An athlete age 13 through 17 may use Method19 only through an account established and controlled by the athlete's parent or legal guardian. A person accepting for an organization represents that the person has authority to bind that organization. Method19 is intended for use in the United States unless we expressly agree otherwise.
2 Account roles
Method19 supports adult athlete accounts, parent or guardian accounts for athletes age 13 through 17, coach accounts, and organization administrator accounts. You must provide accurate and current information, protect your credentials, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized access.
A parent or legal guardian is the account holder for a minor athlete and is responsible for authorizing the athlete's participation, supervising use appropriate to the athlete, managing team access and paying applicable charges. When the athlete turns 18, Method19 may require the athlete to create or verify an adult account and accept the then-current agreements before continued access.
Coaches and organization administrators may access only the teams and athlete information made available to their assigned roles. They may not share credentials, use athlete information for unrelated purposes, or contact minors outside appropriate program channels.
3 The service
Method19 provides guided baseball and athletic training content that may include strength, conditioning, recovery, breathing, mindset, vision, hitting, pitching, throwing and baseball education. Content, sequencing, features and availability may change as the service develops.
Method19 is educational and training software. It is not medical care, physical therapy, diagnosis, treatment, emergency monitoring, a substitute for a licensed professional, or a promise of any performance result. Your use is also governed by the Safety and Assumption of Risk Agreement.
4 Individual subscriptions
Individual subscriptions may be offered monthly, annually or on another cadence displayed at checkout. The checkout page will show the price, taxes, billing period and material renewal terms before purchase. Current advertised options may change and the price shown in the order controls.
Unless the checkout page states otherwise, a paid subscription begins when payment is accepted and continues for the selected period. Subscriptions purchased through a third-party app store may also be subject to that store's terms and cancellation process.
5 Automatic renewal cancellation and refunds
If a plan is described as automatically renewing, you authorize Method19 or its payment provider to charge the payment method on file at the disclosed interval until you cancel. Before purchase, we will ask for express consent to the automatic-renewal terms. We may change a renewal price only after giving any notice required by law.
You may cancel an online subscription through the account's billing settings or another online method we identify. Cancellation stops future renewal charges and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Deleting the application or leaving a team does not by itself cancel a paid subscription.
Except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout, payments are nonrefundable and we do not provide credits for partial periods, unused training, roster reductions or late cancellation. If we discontinue a paid service before the end of a prepaid period, we may provide a prorated refund or substantially equivalent access.
6 Team and organization access
Team features are governed by the Team Subscription Terms in addition to these Terms. A team may be paid for by an organization or purchaser, or individual athletes or parents may purchase their own access. The party identified at checkout is responsible for the applicable charges.
A team invitation does not guarantee access. Method19 or the team may require roster matching, parent authorization, coach approval, an available seat or other verification. Team access may end when the subscription ends, a seat is removed, the athlete leaves, or a coach or organization revokes membership.
An adult athlete or parent may authorize Method19 to provide approved team personnel with specified training completion, assessment, self-check and progress information. The account holder can review and end that team relationship through available settings or by contacting support. Ending team access does not automatically delete the athlete's individual training history.
7 Safety and participation
Physical training involves risks, including strains, sprains, falls, overuse injuries, heat illness, cardiovascular events, equipment injuries and risks associated with throwing, hitting and resistance exercise. Follow all on-screen instructions, use appropriate equipment and space, obey applicable pitch-count and return-to-play rules, and stop if pain, dizziness, shortness of breath or other concerning symptoms occur.
You are responsible for deciding whether training is appropriate and for obtaining medical clearance when appropriate. Parents are responsible for appropriate supervision of minor athletes. Coaches remain responsible for their own professional judgment, athlete safety, facility conditions and compliance with governing rules.
8 Acceptable use
You may use Method19 only for lawful personal, team or organizational training purposes within your account role. You may not copy or resell the service; share credentials; scrape or automate access; reverse engineer; bypass payment, age, seat or security controls; upload malicious code; impersonate another person; harass users; or use athlete information for recruiting, advertising or any unrelated purpose without an independent lawful basis and required permission.
You may not enter information about a child under 13 or attempt to evade the age gate. If you believe an under-13 child's information has been submitted, contact us immediately at support@method19.com.
9 User content and feedback
You retain ownership of information and material you submit. You grant Method19 a limited, nonexclusive license to host, process, transmit and display that material only as needed to operate, secure, improve and support the service and as described in the Privacy Policy. You represent that you have the right to submit the material.
If you voluntarily provide product feedback, you allow Method19 to use it without restriction or payment, provided we do not publicly identify you without permission.
10 Method19 content and license
Method19 and its licensors own the service, training materials, software, design, trademarks and other content, excluding user content. Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, Method19 grants you a limited, revocable, nontransferable and nonexclusive license to access the service for its intended purpose during your authorized term. No other rights are granted.
11 Privacy and electronic communications
The Privacy Policy explains how Method19 handles personal information. By using the service, you acknowledge that policy. You agree that account notices, receipts, renewal notices and legal records may be provided electronically to the email address or in-app account you provide. Marketing messages remain subject to applicable consent and opt-out rights.
12 Third party services
Method19 may rely on payment, authentication, hosting, analytics, communication and other service providers. Their services may have separate terms. Method19 is not responsible for third-party services outside our control, but we remain responsible for our own obligations under these Terms and applicable law.
13 Suspension and termination
You may stop using Method19 at any time, subject to the subscription cancellation rules above. We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, fraud, safety risks, violation of these Terms, misuse of athlete information, legal requirements or threats to the service or others. When reasonably practicable, we will give notice and an opportunity to cure.
Upon termination, the license to use Method19 ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive, including payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity and dispute provisions. Data retention and deletion are governed by the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
14 Disclaimers
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, METHOD19 IS PROVIDED AS IS AND AS AVAILABLE. METHOD19 DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR SUITABLE FOR A PARTICULAR ATHLETE, OR THAT IT WILL PRODUCE A SPECIFIC ATHLETIC, HEALTH, RECRUITING OR COMPETITIVE RESULT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN DISCLAIMERS, SO SOME OF THIS SECTION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
15 Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, METHOD19 AND ITS MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA OR LOSS OF OPPORTUNITY ARISING FROM THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID METHOD19 DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR 100 DOLLARS.
This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct where applicable. It also does not alter the separate allocation of physical-training risk in the Safety and Assumption of Risk Agreement.
16 Indemnity
If you use Method19 for a team or organization, you will defend, indemnify and hold Method19 harmless from third-party claims arising from your unauthorized use of athlete information, lack of authority, violation of law, or violation of these Terms. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from Method19's own breach, gross negligence or willful misconduct. Consumer users are responsible only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
17 Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Arizona law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except that mandatory consumer protections of your home jurisdiction continue to apply. Any court proceeding must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, unless applicable law requires another forum. Before filing, each party agrees to give the other a reasonable written opportunity to resolve the dispute informally.
18 Changes and contact
We may update these Terms. We will post the revised version and update the effective date. If a change materially reduces your rights or adds a material obligation, we will provide reasonable advance notice and obtain renewed acceptance when required. Continued use after the effective date of a nonmaterial change constitutes acceptance.
