Bret Al-Imari, PhD
CSCS, PES, CES
Bret was born and raised in the mountains of Northern Utah. He excelled as a baseball player and was a top prospect coming out of high school.
As a catcher, he had a sub 1.6 pop time and launched multiple home runs beyond 500 feet. Bret endured several setbacks and injuries in his playing career, but that made it so that the Method19 Training Framework has been able to positively influence the careers of so many other baseball players.
Bret is an expert in exercise physiology (performance enhancement & corrective exercise), cognition/behavior/neuroscience, and baseball skill development & game strategy.
For the past 16 years, Bret has quietly served as a coach and advisor to some of the world's top baseball players, strength and performance coaches, and organizations.
