Method19 Team Subscription Terms
Effective September 22, 2026
1 Purchaser and authority
The person completing checkout must identify whether the person is purchasing personally or for an organization. A person accepting for an organization represents that the person has authority to bind the legal organization identified in the order. If the person lacks that authority or chooses personal purchase, the person is the purchaser and is personally responsible for charges.
A coach account does not by itself make the coach the owner of athlete accounts or athlete data. Teams may remain associated with the organization and may be reassigned to another authorized coach when staffing changes.
2 Order and subscription
The order will identify the team, purchaser, billing mode, seat count, per-player price, total price, billing interval, start date and any promotion or special term. The order controls over conflicting commercial details in these Team Subscription Terms. All other terms remain in effect.
If the order is automatically renewing, the purchaser authorizes recurring charges at the interval and price disclosed at checkout until cancellation. Method19 will provide required renewal and price-change notices. The purchaser can cancel renewal through the account's online billing settings or another online method identified by Method19. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid term.
3 Billing modes
Team paid
The purchaser pays for the number of seats shown in the order. A seat permits one eligible athlete to access the team program during the subscription term. Additional seats may be charged immediately on a prorated basis or as otherwise shown before confirmation. Reducing or removing seats does not create a refund or credit for the current term unless required by law or stated in the order.
Athlete paid
Each adult athlete or parent purchases an individual subscription under the price and renewal terms shown to that account holder. The coach or organization is not responsible for those charges unless it separately agrees to pay. An unpaid or canceled athlete subscription may result in loss of access even if the athlete remains on the team roster.
Sponsored or fundraiser supported
Method19 may allow a team to fund all or part of its subscription through one-time supporter payments. The fundraiser page will identify the team, subscription being funded, per-athlete price, number of seats, funding target, campaign deadline, any mandatory fees, when payments are charged, when access begins, and what happens if the target is not met. The campaign page controls those disclosed campaign-specific details.
Fundraiser authority
The purchaser or coach who creates a fundraiser represents that the person is authorized to use the team or organization's name and any submitted logo, image or other branding. If that authority is unavailable, the campaign must use only information the organizer is entitled to publish. Method19 may request verification and may refuse, suspend or close a campaign that is misleading, unauthorized or presents a legal, payment or reputational risk.
Use of payments
Support payments are made to Method 19, LLC and are applied only as credit toward the subscription identified on the campaign page. The coach, team and organization do not receive the payments as cash and cannot withdraw, transfer or redirect campaign funds. Payments do not provide supporters with team ownership, Method19 access, influence over coaching decisions or access to athlete information.
Campaign outcome and refunds
The campaign page will state whether the team activates only after the target is reached, whether the purchaser may pay a shortfall, and whether an unsuccessful campaign results in refunds or a reduced number of funded seats. If the page does not state another outcome, support payments will be refunded if the target is not reached and the purchaser does not pay the remaining balance within the period stated on the campaign page. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times may depend on the payment provider. Method19 may refund excess, duplicate, suspicious or unauthorized payments and may close a campaign when reasonably necessary.
Coach communications
The purchaser and team personnel must share only the official campaign page and accurately describe the price, purpose, deadline and refund treatment. They must not describe support payments as charitable or tax deductible, promise cash proceeds, offer unapproved prizes or rewards, imply endorsement by Method19 or another organization, or make claims inconsistent with the campaign page. They must not publish athlete names, photographs, ages, contact details or other personal information without all permissions required by law and organizational policy.
Supporter information
Method19 may provide authorized team administrators with campaign administration information such as a supporter's name, payment amount and payment or refund status when that disclosure is explained at checkout. Method19 will not provide full payment-card details or athlete-account information to supporters. Public recognition of a supporter will be optional when offered. Personal information is otherwise handled under the Method19 Privacy Policy.
Tax treatment
Unless Method19 expressly states otherwise in a written campaign disclosure based on a separately approved arrangement with a verified qualified organization, support payments are not charitable contributions, are not tax deductible and will not receive a charitable donation receipt. Method19 provides a payment confirmation only and does not provide tax advice.
4 Seats rosters and invitations
The purchaser and authorized coaches may invite eligible athletes and manage the roster within the purchased capacity. Invitations may expire, be limited to one claim or require roster matching or coach approval. The purchaser must not publish or distribute a team link more broadly than reasonably necessary. Method19 may disable a compromised or abused link.
Possession of a QR code or invitation does not establish eligibility. Method19 and the team may reject or revoke a claim that is duplicate, unauthorized, outside the roster, under age 13, lacks required parent authorization, exceeds capacity or presents a security or safety concern.
5 Athlete age and parent authorization
Athletes under 13 are not eligible. An athlete age 13 through 17 may join only after a parent or legal guardian creates or authenticates the controlling account, agrees to the Method19 Terms and Safety Agreement, and authorizes team participation and data visibility. A coach, team or organization cannot give that authorization for the parent.
6 Team data access
Before team data access begins, the adult athlete or parent will be told the team, the data categories available and the authorized staff roles. Depending on the program, approved coaches may see training completion, assessments, self-check results, program progress and related roster information. Organization administrators may see seat, roster and account-management information and any progress information expressly disclosed during enrollment.
The purchaser and team personnel must use athlete information only to administer the identified program, support training and maintain safety. They must limit access to personnel with a legitimate need, protect credentials, promptly remove former staff, and not export, post, sell, advertise with or disclose athlete information for unrelated purposes.
An adult athlete or parent may end team visibility. When team membership ends, authorized team personnel should lose access promptly. Method19 may continue to retain the athlete's personal history for the athlete account under the Privacy Policy.
7 Schools and student privacy
A school or district must not disclose education records or student personal information to Method19 unless it has determined that the disclosure is lawful and any required agreement is in place. If the parties execute a student data protection addendum, that addendum controls for covered student information. Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, Method19 does not agree that it is a school official, does not accept custody of official education records, and does not authorize a school to bypass parent authorization required by the service.
8 Coach and organization responsibilities
• Provide accurate organization, billing, roster and staff information and maintain current authorized users.
• Obtain any consent or notice required independently of Method19, including organizational, school, league or employment approvals.
• Use reasonable safeguards for invitation links, credentials, athlete information and exported records.
• Provide appropriate coaching, supervision, facility and equipment safety, emergency planning and compliance with sport and return-to-play rules.
• Promptly report a security incident, unauthorized roster claim, loss of authority, or suspected under-13 account.
• Do not represent that Method19 endorses the team or guarantees athlete results.
9 Suspension termination and transition
Method19 may suspend team administration or data access for nonpayment, lack of authority, misuse of athlete information, a security risk, legal requirements or material violation of the agreement. When practicable, Method19 will provide notice and an opportunity to cure. The organization may reassign a team to another authorized coach. An athlete's personal account and history do not become the property of the coach or purchaser.
10 Fees taxes and refunds
The purchaser will pay the charges and applicable taxes shown in the order. Except where required by law or expressly stated in the order, team fees are nonrefundable and there are no credits for unused seats, removed athletes, coaching changes or partial terms. The purchaser must keep payment and billing contact information current.
11 Service changes and support
Method19 may update training content and features. We will not materially reduce paid core team access during a prepaid term without providing a reasonable substitute, credit or prorated refund. Support is available at support@method19.com. No service-level commitment applies unless stated in a separate signed agreement.
12 Warranties liability and indemnity
The disclaimers and liability limits in the Terms of Use apply to team access. The purchaser and organization will defend, indemnify and hold Method19 harmless from third-party claims arising from their lack of authority, unlawful roster disclosure, misuse of athlete information, unsafe coaching or facilities, or violation of these Team Subscription Terms, except to the extent caused by Method19's breach, gross negligence or willful misconduct.
13 Order of precedence and changes
A separately signed agreement or data protection addendum controls over these Team Subscription Terms only for the subject it addresses. Next, the order controls commercial details, these Team Subscription Terms control team administration, and the Terms of Use control generally. Method19 may update these terms prospectively with notice. A material change during a paid term will not take effect until renewal unless law or safety requires earlier action.
14 Fundraiser Support Payment Terms
This Section 14 applies to each person who submits a payment through a Method19 team fundraiser page (a "supporter"). The remaining team-administration provisions apply to the purchaser, coach and organization, not to a supporter merely because the supporter makes a payment. The Method19 Terms of Use and Privacy Policy also apply to the payment transaction.
Nature of the payment
A support payment is a one-time payment to Method 19, LLC for the identified team's Method19 subscription. It is not a recurring subscription charge. The coach, team and organization do not receive cash. The supporter does not receive Method19 access, goods, team ownership or a right to direct use of the subscription unless the campaign page expressly states otherwise.
Campaign disclosures
Before payment, the fundraiser page will display the team, purpose, payment amount, funding target, deadline, any mandatory fees, charge timing and the applicable outcome if the target is not met. The supporter should review those terms before paying. The payment confirmation will identify Method 19, LLC as the merchant and summarize the transaction.
Refunds and campaign changes
The campaign page's disclosed refund treatment applies. Unless the page clearly states another outcome, Method19 will refund the payment if the campaign does not reach its target and the purchaser does not timely pay the remaining balance. Method19 may also refund a payment or close a campaign because of an error, duplicate transaction, suspected fraud, chargeback risk, lack of organizer authority, legal requirement or campaign cancellation. Refunds are sent to the original payment method and may take additional time to appear. Except as stated here, on the campaign page or as required by law, support payments are final once applied to an activated subscription.
No charitable contribution
Method 19, LLC is a for-profit company. A support payment is not a charitable contribution and is not tax deductible unless the campaign page expressly provides a different written statement under a separately approved arrangement. A payment confirmation is not a charitable donation receipt.
Privacy and recognition
The fundraiser page will explain whether the supporter's name, amount or message will be visible to the organizer or publicly displayed. Public recognition is optional when offered, and a supporter may choose an anonymous display option when available. Method19 does not disclose full payment-card information to the coach, team or organization. A supporter does not receive access to athlete identities, accounts, training history or team data.
Acceptance and questions
By submitting a support payment after receiving the fundraiser-page disclosures, the supporter agrees to this Section 14, the Method19 Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. Questions about a payment, campaign or refund may be sent to support@method19.com.
