How ItWorks

  1. 01

    Find your level.

The Stance Finder is a short self-test: 30-second holds that get harder step by step, from feet apart with eyes open to one leg with eyes closed and your head moving. It stops at the first test that's challenging for you. That's your level.

  2. 02

    Train from where you are.

Nine drills, from gaze stabilization to whole-body sways and walking with head movement, each starting at your level. Easier and harder buttons let you adjust on the spot, and a short eye reset after every drill keeps tension down.

  3. 03

    Earn the next step.

Ten weeks of sessions, 3–4 a week. New drills unlock as you complete each week, and quick re-checks move your level up as you improve.

  4. 04

    Take it into your position.

From week 7, drills can be done in your batting stance, your balance point on the mound, or your fielding ready position.

  5. 05

    Keep it.

After 10 weeks, a closing Stance Finder shows how far you've come, and 1–2 sessions a week maintain it.

What YouNeed

  • 7–15 minutes, 3–4 times a week.
  • A wall or counter to stay safe, a pen, and a hallway or a few steps of open floor.
  • Bare feet or socks when you can.

One Part ofthe Whole Plan

Balance is supplemental, not another full workout. Strength and conditioning remain the foundation of Method19, and Balance fits around them: on off days, before or after a training session, or anywhere you have ten minutes. It sits alongside Breathing and Vision, each its own optional toolkit, so the framework considers how you move and see, not just how much you can lift.

CommonQuestions

No. A wall, a pen and some open space cover everything.

Train what keeps yousteady.
